A teenage boy was flown to an area hospital for treatment of major injuries he suffered today during an off-road motorcycle crash in Beaumont.
Firefighters received a call at 2:09 p.m. about the collision that Jody Hagemann of the Riverside County Fire Department said happened in an unpaved area near Powerline Access Road and Manzanita Truck Trail.
The location is south of Interstate 10 and east of Highway 79.
The boy’s medical condition and the extent of his injuries were not immediately known.
