MSJC Foundation presents 72 students with awards

The Mt. San Jacinto College Foundation awarded nearly $55,700 to 72 students during its annual Fall Scholarship Awards Ceremony.

The MSJC Foundation held the President’s State of the College Luncheon & Fall Scholarship Awards Ceremony on Nov. 14 on the Menifee Valley Campus.

Ray Hicks from Southern California Edison awarded three MSJC students with SCE’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Scholarship.

Students who received the scholarship from Edison were Hemet residents Daniel Comiskey and Crystal Covarrubias and Sayed Thurab of Murrieta.

The San Jacinto Valley Women’s Scholarship awarded seven MSJC students with scholarships.

The students were:
