Is BetUS Legit? Is BetMGM?
BetMGM’s legitimacy is a matter of public record: two publicly traded parent companies, a joint venture headquartered in Jersey City, and a 2025 that closed with roughly $2.8 billion in net revenue and the venture’s first annual net income. BetUS’s case is older but harder to pin down — over 1,000 claimed staff, $150 million in claimed revenue, and forum-documented payouts going back years, set against two licensing stories that contradict each other and a cease-and-desist letter regulators only sent in 2025. Longevity is real evidence for an unlicensed book. It is not the same evidence a state regulator’s license provides.
